The purpose of Lifecycle Management is to provide continuous support and improve live operations. Steps include:

• Establishing the support team
• Providing knowledge transfer and transition to the long-term support team

In building the Lifecycle Management process we have undertaken a number of initiatives which include:

• Appointing Stuart Branagan as Head of our Support Services
• Recruitment of Cameron Lyle and Troy Dann to enhance our support services
• Implement measurement of performance of the support team.
• Conduct a Customer Feedback Survey to determine satisfaction levels and where we can improve

The Results to date have been pleasing.  In the past two weeks more than 150 new support calls were logged and 85% resolved in this period.  We can do better and will continue to evolve and recruit for success.
